Mall for Africa: offer valid for the first 1,000 customers who use their Visa cards and spend above $120 on Mall for Africa
The vouchers can only be issued per user account i.e. one user account cannot get more than one voucher
Vouchers cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
Customers who cancel their orders would have their vouchers revoked.The Campaign will terminate on the 6th of December 2019 for Mall for Africa and on the 12th of
December 2019 for Konga notwithstanding the dates on which any
transactions were commenced or consummated. Vouchers not claimed by the
stated expiry date shall be invalid
The Campaign referred to herein (“Campaign”) is for Visa
CardHolders (“CardHolders”) and is organized by Visa in partnership with
the referenced Merchant and not a promotion from First Bank of Nigeria
Limited (FirstBank) nor any of its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent
company (FBN Holding Plc). None of the merchants are in any way
connected to FirstBank with respect to the Campaign and FirstBank
expressly disclaims any responsibility, claim and/or liability for the
Campaign. CardHolders are advised to comply with the Terms and Condition
for each Merchant, and note that fees may apply. In furtherance of the
foregoing, each CardHolder agrees to and hereby indemnifies and holds
FirstBank harmless against any loss, claims, liability whatsoever that
the CardHolder may incur or suffer as a result of or in connection with
the Campaign. Please note that the usual FirstBank terms and condition
for the use of your cards will apply for each transaction”.
All Vouchers are to be provided from Visa and FirstBank is not
responsible for obtaining same on behalf of the CardHolder or for the
processing of any complaints relating to the provision fog odds or
services by the referenced Merchant.
Determination of the recipients of the Vouchers is solely at the
discretion of Visa and FirstBank is not involved in the selection or
other determination of the recipients of said vouchers.
