US based Nigerian Singer wins Outstanding International Artist Award at the 10th Annual AD King Foundation Youth Empowerment Award Gala

Jemiriye Adeniji has been honoured by Late Rev. Martin Luther King’s family; the most powerful and influential Black family in the United States; for her unique form of African-Nigerian music and  was awarded the Outstanding International Artist Award at the 10th Annual AD King Foundation Youth Empowerment Award Gala held recently. The event marks the 10th Anniversary of AD King Foundation and the 88th birthday of Dr Naomi Ruth Barbara King. Jemiriye, ex Nigerian Idol contestant and a graduate of the Nigerian Institute Of Journalism Lagos, took to her Facebook page to announce the happy news while sharing photos of her performance and speech at the event.
